Informative Research - Liabilities Import

Effective with this release, liabilities from the Borrower’s credit report will be imported and displayed in the Lender Portal and the Borrower Portal for clients that use Informative Research and want to use this feature. From now on, when extracting the borrower’s credit information with Informative Research, all liabilities marked as ‘open’ in the report will be shown in the Borrower and Lender Portals. Borrowers and Lender Portal uses will be able to add comments to each liability if needed.

• Leveraging this Feature: Our Customers that are using Informative Research should contact us at [e-mail] to let us know if this is something they want to have added to their Revvin Platform.

Credit Plus - Liabilities Import

Effective with this release, liabilities from the Borrower’s credit report will be imported and displayed in the Lender Portal and the Borrower Portal for clients that use Credit Plus and want to use this feature. From now on, when extracting the borrower’s credit information with Credit Plus, all liabilities marked as ‘open’ in the report will be shown in the Borrower and Lender Portals. Borrowers and Lender Portal uses will be able to add comments to each liability if needed.

Total Expert Integration

Effective with this release, clients that use Total Expert can connect it with Revvin to generate Revvin applications from the CRM and send invite links to Borrowers with just one click. Revvin will send status updates to Total Expert when applications are submitted.
