Lender Portal

Renamed Tasks View and Integrations Tabs

The Tasks View tab is now called Borrower Tasks. The Integrations tab is now called Services.

Renaming of Accountchek, Finicity and WorkNumber in Services Tab

They are now called Verification of Assets and Verification of Income & Employment.

Transnational (Payments)

Now available for integration within the MortgageHippo platform. Transnational is a credit card payments platform that lets the Loan Officer create and send a detailed payment request to a Borrower as a custom Borrower Portal task.

Mortgage Director (LOS)

Now available for integration within the MortgageHippo platform.

FICS (LOS)

FICS is now available for integration within the MortgageHippo platform.

Informative Research (Credit)

Now available for integration within the MortgageHippo platform.

Optional Ability to Edit Borrower and Co-Borrower Email

If a client requests that one of their Access Levels be updated to allow this ability, then Lender Portal users associated with that Access Level will be able to update Borrower email addresses. If activated for a given Lender Portal user/Access Level, then the user will see, in the Application view, a small arrow icon next to the email addresses at the top of the application.

Support construction questions from FNMA

Added more mapping fields to our system to support Construction Loans.

Borrower Portal

Removed Mobile Phone From Co-Borrower Task

We are no longer requiring Borrowers to enter their Co-Borrower’s phone number when they are adding them to their loan application.
